Noretta Motel

Giving it a four out of five because we had reasonable expectations. Room was small, but very clean. Bed was comfortable, but noisy. Bathroom was HILARIOUSLY small. But we only needed a place to sleep one night and it served that purpose well.

THE cheapest room we found in Stratford, and yet a top-notch experience!! The front-desk worker was very in-touch with the local shows and had lots of recommendations for eating, parking, and sight-seeing. The room was clean and sparsely decorated, which I appreciated, as no one wants a cluttered room anyway. The building seems like it was built before 1960, as the doorframes and walls are all originals and show some age. But the TV was updated, our room had a minifridge, and no paint chipped or anything. I loved the room, as I always enjoy older buildings with some character and the owners obviously take great care of the place. In case you wonder like we did, there's no breakfast options (it's just a basic motel), but there's plenty of parking on-site and downtown is about a 20-minute walk from the place. 10/10, would book again. People seem to dislike management here but we didn't have an issue with them. I came in having low expectations but I was completely wrong. The rooms are clean, air conditioned, and have wifi. There's a beautiful courtyard where you can relax after a long day. Since I'm tall the small washroom/shower was a slight issue. Obviously it's not a 4 star hotel but for what you pay for you will be pleasantly surprised!

Excellent staff very close to the theater as well as several other nice restaurants and only about a 15-minute walk from the downtown core. Room wasn't that spacious but simply as a place to sleep in between taking in all the sights and Stratford it was a great place to stay especially for its price

Super nice owners of this hotel. They diligently monitor the grounds well maintained safe and sound. Plus they have the a pet dog known as thier "Prince". When you see him you'll know why! The of the beautiful dogs I have ever seen. He's actually stunning. If he ever has puppies I get first pick...

Staying in Room 6, room is perfect for just myself. Room comes with a little glass dining table and a larger desk; which was perfect for the Zoom meeting I had today. Wifi works excellent! Although on a busy road, the atmosphère and outdoors seems more peaceful and relaxed. There is a gazebo that I must try out tomorrow! The owner Dee is very professional and pleasant.

I stayed there last year and just booked again this year. It clearly has been recently (last two years?) upgraded....everything looked new and clean, but agree with a comment and will bring my own pillow. I went out for coffee at the place nest door, not realizing they had coffee and muffins/donuts at the office. The bathroom was small but adequate, clean and newly renovated.

Decent prices a little run down from the look of it but the rooms look better than you'd think from the outside. Clean. But you can't control heat from your room, and the housekeeper is elderly I was told and forgets things sometimes like the alarm clock that went off at 1 am. Maybe it's also my fault for not checking but I don't stay in hotels/motels often. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful.
